Product and Service Catalog

Geo services offers many products and services to other teams throughout the municipality. Ranging from printed maps to custom geo visualization and applications. As a project manager I built the information structure for the catalog as well as the technical solutions necessary for implementation. The catalog is now used across the team to communicate to clients.
Process
Research and possibilities
The proces started by researching other approaches that resulted in informational catalogues. Throughout this research it was vital to keep in mind that the catalog needs low maintenance and can be implemented on existing systems that are used in the Municipality.
Low maintenance, high reward
Based on the research, I created an experience that is build on existing systems. It allowed for low maintenance while structuring information through a logical funnel.
Result
Together with the result my team and I proposed an roadmap for implementation and onboarding. It is vital that the team is able to work with the systems provided. The project is currently in a pilot phase in which the team reflects while continue to build entries to the catalog.
